Scholarship Open at Gandaki Boarding School for Class Four

Gandaki Boarding School is one of the best schools in Nepal which is located in Lamachaur, Pokhara. The school has celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 2072/73 With different stages. The school GBS, is only the regional school in the nation which was established by the Ministry of education (MOE), with the support of United Mission to Nepal (UMN) and Local People. It is non-profit organization has been established under Public Education Trust. The school announces the scholarship scheme for the students who are from marginalized family (poor and intelligent) every year. This school announces the notice of scholarship in the month of Mangsir (December and January) of each year. And takes the exam on month of Magh (January/February). The students who wants to attend the scholarship exam should fulfill the following criteria.

He/she must be studying currently in grade 3
He/she should be below 10 years.
He/she should be from poor and marginalized family.

Requirements:

The student must be currently reading in class 3.
Age should not cross 10 years at the end of Chaitra 2075.
Application form will be distributed at 8:00 a.m. from the related exam center. Or, you may download from the website http://www.gbs.edu.np/.
You should fill up your financial condition in the application form.

You must submit the following documents with the application:

Recent 2 copies pp size photo, mark sheet of grade 3 where you are currently studying .Recommendation letter from the school stating he/she is poor but intelligence student.Income source documents. A copy of birth certificate.Exam will be of Nepali and Mathematics in Nepali medium.Residents of Pokhara Mahanagarpalika ward no 16 and 19., if they wish to apply at local scholarship scheme, they must tick at local scholarship often. And they should submit they are permanent residential of ward no 16 and 19.
