Special education refers to
distinctive provision, including education, for pupils with disability/disorder
(Michael, 2009). Special education is appropriate only when a pupil’s needs
are such that he or she cannot be accommodated in a general education program
(Richard & Emily, 2018). Special education means the teaching, learning and
training arrangement made through a special method to meet the need of education
of various types of disabled children as the other normal children in
conformity with their disability (Special Education Policy of Nepal,1996).
