National Center for Educational Development (NCED) has been running virtual class from NTV+ . NCED has been providing various program for the benefit of teachers and students. NCED wwas established in 1993 under the Ministry of Education as an apex body of human resource development. The center is running different programs related to teacher development,capacity development of educational personnel under the minister of education of research activities in education. Previous distanced education and secondary education center are merged with NCED to form a greater center for the management, teacher training and professional training.
